@@slapbass8494 thank you very much. Having played and sung it a hell of a lot since I recorded it, I can get a bit critical of some of this version, but people seem to like it, so I should probably just shush on that front :D

Thank you :) As I said to Avani below, I do think this take is a bit "over-sung", and having lived with the album for another year now I definitely do it more subtly, but they're just a bit of fun, and it's nice when people enjoy them :)

Thank you. I sing it a bit softer and slightly more faithfully to the original these days, but I can't just keep re-recording things for vanity's sake :D

Thanks :) I'm not sure this version I recorded isn't a bit too loud. The original is mostly incredibly sparse, and I do generally play it softer than this. The whole album is superb (and currently my album of the year). I did see part of their Glastonbury set in 2016, but didn't follow it up, so now I'm playing catch up with them :)

@@richharding7927 not gonna lie, the intro and the chorus is loud, but i don't mind the little variations and changes you added on your own. i would prefer to play it softer, since my voice is soft. i wish i could see wolf alice in person too someday! again i thank you for uploading this cover and guiding this blooming beginner lol.

@@avanitiwari5879 yeah, I just do these for fun, and they're not meant to be faithful. I'm very much a vocalist who plays instruments, and I actually started doing them on Facebook a few years back, to get me out of a bad habit of sometimes gurning (pulling weird faces) when playing guitar. The alternative "choir" melody in the intro and chorus is just how I hear the whole sound when stripped down to one voice and a guitar. I'm tempted to try a quiet version at some point, but then that brings the game closer to some kind of imitation, which isn't the point.
