LOL too late. He gets very expensive (vet bills) if he's not well hydrated, so he gets a lot of watermelon and cucumber and romaine (low clacium, low oxalate veg) to get as much water into him as possible, sometimes he gets a tiny bit of banana smushed up in a few tablespoons of water to get him to drink more.

He only gets the white and green part, as you can see there's not much pink in what he's getting. Our vet says he can have as much of that as he wants, he needs the water. And his system seems to be pretty resistant to sugar, he stole and ate a whole prune one time and was a little gurgly the next day but otherwise fine.

@@sharronlopez2520 Un-Bun has urinary problems if he doesn't drink, and they found oxalic acid crystals in his urine last time he gave a sample, so to avoid calcium and oxalates, he gets his hay, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of pellets a day, and lots of cucumber and romaine and sometimes some iceberg lettuce or cauliflower stem, and when I can get it, watermelon rind. I also will give him 30 mll (2 tablespoons) of water with a tiny bit of banana mushed up in it, and he'll drink the whole lot. About the same volume of banana as two or three raisins. I'll also chop his cucumber or other veggies into little cubes and put a bit of water over that and usually he drinks most of that too. Another thing you can try is soaking a few pellets in water, sometimes they like pellet porridge, my last bun ate a lot of pellet porridge cause he'd choke on dry pellets.
