Interesting, we make hashbrowns differently in the USA. And griddling the flour tortilla is a great idea! I’m also interested in trying cornstarch to get a crispy crust on roasted potatoes. Thanks for the inspiration!

Idea for mozzarella cheese filling, unfortunately I don't like cheese😢😢 the appearance is more attractive, of course the taste is also richer. I'm curious to try making it with other fillings. The tutorial is very easy to follow, very suitable for beginners ❤❤❤

Hash browns usually have fried white onion mixed into the potato shreds so it could be a good filling

Sky is the limit. I think the onions was a good idea. In essence hashbrowns are fried potatoes with extra steps so you can play with the flavors.
