Korean BBQ Corn Cheese Chicken :: Barbecue Chicken Sauce Recipe :: Grilled Seasoned Chicken

Chicken legs are so delicious when you bake them in the oven, the oil drains out easily.
The marinade is more important than the chicken breast.
As I said, if you marinate it, it's like selling it at a restaurant.
It's delicious just by grilling it, and it's even more delicious when you apply BBQ sauce.
Like a Korean restaurant, it is even more delicious with cheese and corn.
It is perfect to marinate the day before eating and bake the next day.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
*** Spoon measurement is convex (X) flat (O)
[Serves 4]
✤ Chicken marinade
- 1kg(11pieces) Chicken leg
- 10g(1tbsp) Sugar
- 10g(1tbsp) Curry powder
- 20g(1tbsp) Minced garlic or garlic powder
- 6g(0.6tbsp) Salt
- 2g(1tsp) Ginger powder
- 2g(1tsp) Black pepper powder
- 1g(1tsp) Oregano
- 350ml Milk
✤ Barbecue Sauce
- 7g(1.5tbsp) Chili powder
- 7g(1tbsp) Soy sauce
- 7g(1tbsp) Cooking wine
- 22g(2tbsp) Honey
- 5g(0.5tbsp) Sugar
- 12g(1tbsp) Ketchup
- 0.2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1g (1tsp) Black pepper powder
- 20g(5tbsp) Garlic water
✤ Garlic Water
- 20g(1tbsp) Minced garlic or garlic powder
- 30g(5tbsp) Water
✤ Toppings
- 210g Mozzarella cheese
- 80g(5tbsp) Sweet corn
✤ TIP
- You can bake it in an air fryer or frying pan.
- The chicken in the video is only about 2/5 of the roasted lamb.
- If you do not have curry powder, you can substitute spices such as masala, cumin, and turmeric.
- If you omit the curry powder, add 3g (0.3tsp) more salt.
- Roasting the chicken cuts it in half, so you don't need to cut it too small.
- If you wash the chicken before marinating, be sure to drain the water.
- You can use the marinade as it is when making fried chicken.
- The amount of milk is adjusted to the amount of salt, so do not reduce it arbitrarily.

I saved this recipe for ages and finally made it. It’s so good! It’s easy to make, is totally customizable, and all the ingredients and flavors just work so well together. One change I suggest is to double the corn cheese mixture; it’s way better with more. The homemade bbq sauce is so delicious that I’ve used it for mushrooms, tofu, and various beans already. I think it would work on any protein. Thanks for a fantastic and easy recipe.
