INGREDIENTS:
3 very large (700 g) potatoes e.g. Russet or Yukon Gold, peeled
1 medium white onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp smoked paprika
3 Tbsp rice flour
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2½ Tbsp water

Nádhernej recept. A jak se prosím dělá ta jablečná omáčka?

Jablka stačí oloupat, nakrájet na malé kousky a podusit s trochou vody do měkka. Poté rozmixovat na pyré a v případě potřeby podle chuti trochu ochutit.

I remember my mother making kartofelpuffer as a child. Yum! Do you think it would work to add grated superfirm tofu for protein?
