Delilah is so well spoken, respectfull and a nice little girl. I, a child free autistic person love watching her, she is never hard for me to watch, she is actually a joy. Seeing her grow up and being a happy human is so precious. The night before her birthday with you 2 in the bedroom reminded me of Lorelai and Rory:) oh and she is a perfect mixture of you and Dough. I don't usually comment but just wanted to say it really struck me when you spoke about your period and feeling anxious. I thought it was just me that got like that. I've found that since having my 2year old my cycles are more regular and very hormonal. It really restricts me sometimes and I've just had to learn over time to take it easy when on my monthlys and not overwhelm myself with too many jobs. I find drinking raspberry leaf tea on the daily helps, as well as iron and vitamin c sachets, and just doing more mindful activities like yoga, walking, meditating, staying of social media- till I return back to a 'normal' feeling 👌😊 thanks for sharing though really put things into perspective xxx
