Love the longer video! 🌸 you’re the only family/home style vlogger I can watch because I feel like you’re the only one not exploiting their kids and constantly invading their privacy. I feel like you give us great content while still respecting Delilah as a person and not shoving a camera in her face when she’s upset for views. I really worry about how some of these kids from family vlogging channels will feel about it all when they’re grown up but I think Delilah will be so pleased to have these beautiful videos to watch and cherish.

I definitely DID need to hear that hormones-talk! I find mine to be all over the place recently and seem to have PMS three weeks out of four every month! Anyways - another wonderful vlog, Rhiannon! Lots of love from Germany! xx

OMG same! Have you heard about PMDD? It's like the extreme form of PMS that also involves depression. It's so frustrating not being able to function normally and not feeling like myself for about two weeks every month. 😔

I have a similar experience with my periods and my dad is extremely understanding so I properly explained to him what happens and he was horrified. Horrified. I am also extremely lucky my mom is so open about talking about them because we almost spend 2 weeks every month struggling either in pain or in a world wind of emotions, so when people understand it make a HUGE difference and I swear the experience becomes easier.

I love when you video your gardening and growing, I find it so therapeutic. I was surprised to hear you saying about throwing away excess plants though- there are so many better options- you could give away to neighbours, friends or even strangers and brighten up their day? I love giving away my plants and love receiving them too!
@RhiannonAshleeVlogs4 жыл бұрын
When I say I throw them away, I meant I cut the tiniest tomato seedlings (an inch high) and put those in the compost. The big plants like the cucumber and watermelon I’ve actually just found room for them but I was also going to rehome them if I hadn’t x

Not sure if you still have issue with having multiples of plants but if you do I'm sure if you put them outside your house with labels people are bound to take them. People in my village have done so, they've grown so many of something that they let them go for free or have a donation pot that either goes to charity or a day out when times are back to normal. 1hour video,absolute treat 😍

loooove this vlog! I love seeing so many different days on the period thing: I understand this so well. When I was on the copper coil I had a week every month that I could not do anything. It got so bad I couldn't walk the first 1 or 2 days, then I could but I had to double and triple protect from leaking, I had no energy ugh it was awful. Now I "only" bloat for 1-2 days before and on the first day. but the day before and the 1st are normally days I won't be able to do a lot. I do feel the ups and downs of my hormones so much more now and it's honestly driving me crazy feeling the mood swings etc so much

A little tip for risotto that a friend gave me, you can put the stock cube in with a splash of water at the start, then just add water from the kettle for the rest of the water :) Just saves a pan and having to keep the stock warm as the boiled water stays pretty hot in the kettle :)

I am the same, I feel like every month I lose two weeks to feeling weak, moody, tired, bloated...I am very active and generally train about 6 times a week but the week before my period is always awful and the period itself is almost as bad -_- Sometimes I imagine what I could accomplish if it weren't for the sucky two weeks! :O
