Delilah, Working Solu8tions isn't consistent. I applied from your original post couple of weeks, I did the assessment and then the pc scan - which it said I passed with flying colors. Then there was a glitch and all of a sudden it said I didn't meet their guidelines. Actually, there was a lag between doing the assessment, as I was ill. I received 2 emails from WS saying hey we want you to do the pc scan, so obviously I had already passed the assessment. Even per their FAQ you don't do a pc scan unless you pass the assessment. What gives?? I have been in customer service, have experience with taxes and told sorry.

lol. Most 1099 companies can't hire in certain places due to labor laws. You may be in a state that's not friendly to contractor opportunities.

Kinda... They're asking for the best response to a situation. If someone talked to me crazy in everyday life, my response would be TOTALLY different than if I'm on the clock and a customer talks to me crazy lol. Companies are looking for people who can uphold their values. So, don't take assessments from the perspective of what YOU would do. Take assessments from the perspective of what YOU ON THE CLOCK would do. 💚
