It takes almost 1 hr 30 mins to record each chapter, so he chops it up and there are only a few chapters in this game. The way the game is set up he does it pretty smart. 1 episode is 1 chapter.

Delirious, the map fragments go to the map in the Asylum via the mirror portal. When you go back to the safes were the keys are used, go the opposite direction of the safes and there's a large map with map fragments. That's where the map fragments go.

Alright most people don't understand the plot in this game so I'm going to do my best to summarize it without spoilers. It's kinda like outlast in the way he went to an insane asylum (otherwise it's nothing like outlast :p). Ruvik or the ninja dude as delirious likes to call him, caused a lot of this. He was the one that put Sebastian and the others in that room in the beginning to "sleep". Then Sebastian wakes up in the room with that big guy after the ambulance crash. Sebastian or the character you're playing as is actually inside the mind of Ruvik. Hence his ability to control all the things in Sebastian's world.

The Keeper is a tall humanoid that resembles a butcher and has/wears a safe for a head. His primary weapon is a large meat tenderizer hammer with a spike on the opposite side. In his other hand, he is holding a sack filled with the brains of his victims, in which spikes poke out of it in various places. The Keeper was born from a combination of Ruvik's memory of the safe where he kept his research, and his unbridled rage. The safe head represents the atrocities of Ruvik's past that he's trying to keep hidden, literally crushing anyone who comes near. And you're right Delirious, this will not be the last time you encounter the Keeper, or [Reborn] Laura, or even Ruvik: there is no escaping an enemy the lives in your head.
