It's great to see they're able to re-use the hydroponic waste, as that is the biggest problem with most hydroponic setups the waste water/solution isn't good for the environment.

Genetic modification is a strictly narrow usage. Here they mean changing/ controlling the chemical constituents that enter a plant during growth. Which is needed considering all the inorganic chemicals we tend to consume when eating plants made otherwise

So your saying that the content of your vegetables is different from that came from open field.so thus we can say your vege's are gmo?
@1985Heritage5 жыл бұрын
That is crap. The content of vegetables are different not the genetics. Eg. these contain more potassium, calcium etc... it has nothing to do with gmo. But people have so low education most of them have no idea.
@mouniryoussaf96025 жыл бұрын

@martinmwaura70415 жыл бұрын
Not really .. the would have to bio-engineer the seed on the cellular level to qualify to be GMO not on the nutrition level.
@sleepywolf824 жыл бұрын
GMO stands for genetically modified organism.... What part of this video had any plants genetically modified??? Do you even know know what GMO means? Go back to school bruh
@xXWaifuInsuranceXx4 жыл бұрын
How did you come to that conclusion? I think very little open field produce is gmo in the first place, not sure though. But I doubt these are. I think they take cuttings/clones from existing plants. They crossbreed plants to get the variety they want, like they did with seedless watermelons.
