Sweenor Builder's mission to "Delivery Extraordinary" began long before the first hammer was swung. Jeff's understanding of what it means to be a team, and his passion to be the best at all he does originated from his time as a member of the URI crew team.
"I learned during those years there's no star in a rowing shell. There's no stats, there's no points, there's no assists, there's no goals. Success comes from a unified effort; from a TEAM effort; all eight oars going into the water at exactly the same time."

I remember a coach of a winning football team (state finals 3 years in a row) being interviewed. His comment has stuck with me ever since. "We have 2 rules on the team. #1 is you have to be coachable. #2 is you have to be a good teammate." I have preached those 2 rules ever since.
