@accept challenges I've always seen that as evidence of the trinity prior to yashua
@dearthofdoohickeys47032 жыл бұрын
@accept challenges that’s only partly true, there are different kinds of plurality. Elohim is most often used as an _intensive_ plural, rather then the common English plural, made evident by its surrounding _singular_ grammar attributes. Translating is a complex business, you can’t isolate one word and translate it without it’s relevant context.

@JessieJ939 жыл бұрын
+Abiezer Celzo Wow, no you just said it. You legit spelled it out in all caps. See if I were trying to explain the meaning of that, I would've censored it a bit. Lord Jesus. It's people like you, with the approach you take with calling people out, that make the rest of us Christians look bad. I'm sorry, m'fedora, but I genuinely didn't know exactly what that meant. Ya don't have to be so nasty to someone who honestly didn't know. That's like yelling at someone who's genuinely never heard of Jesus. Like it's not there fault they didn't know.

This song always has an emotional impact on me. Whenever I hear it at the end it start to cry. Not only because it's a beautiful song and the way they Sang it, it's why it was sung. In pain and emotion. Not to get religious or biblistic but you know it's just beautiful.

Why has Prince of Egypt not become a Broadway musical....is beyond my mind. This movie is one of the most amazing masterpieces animated film has produced, and its soundtrack is a masterpiece on its own as well. You don't need to be religious to appreciate the historical, dramatic, artistic, musical and spiritual value this soundtrack and the story have. This video is a proof of all I said: Chinese people singing a song from an American film based on a Hebrew story. And WHO CARES about the origin of this story is, when you have such amazing art.
