Man!! I feel your pain stud! Same thing happens to me in the northeast every winter. Sometimes I would get stuck IN a place on the yard just moving the trailer because I didn’t navigate a snow bank effectively.

Not sure why the yard operations manager would allow his/her trailers to get blocked in. They need a better snow removal service, I would use a pusher rather than a plow around a parking lot, maybe that should be my next career in AK. I am sure there are DOT regulations about clearing the tops of trailers as well. Anyway, thanks for delivering all the goodies and glad to see you got your load freed. Hope you had a safe delivery and are getting back down south to spend Christmas at home with your family. Bless all our logistics workers with less traffic and safe travels this year. I could definitely agree that there should be better ways to keep your lot but I’ll argue slightly in there defense that they aren’t a full shipping yard. They usually don’t have semi trailers left there as they are the final mile shipper using box trucks for the last leg of the delivery process. These trailers were also here for a while and they had no idea I was coming today. I was a day and a half early on the delivery. The woman in the office who was the only person there did grab 2 shovels and helped with the process. I was grateful for that. For not tho, on to the next! 💰 Merry Christmas Joe!

Meed a propane bottle and a torch kit on your truck for this reason. Also gelp frozen brakes. Along with that setup, a snow shovel.

Nah. What I need to do is stop taking these stupid ass loads 🤣🤣 I’ve got a torch... Didnt think about it until I read this tho. That trailer was wedged in there pretty deep tho.

@@DreamInspired hopefully you're not talking about one of those camping bottle torches. Id be laughing my butt off then! Im talking full on propane 10lbs bottles with the long hose that spews flames. Melts snow like its nothing. Can create ice though. Seen metal frozen to the ground before. Also kitty litter for traction under the tires. A lot of BS to carry during the winter months.
