I think , it was an effective speech revolves around current issues and ways to overcome it. I was also honoured by him in that stage. Dear Tejasvi Surya, You spoke every thing I have in my mind and heart. Thought for thought. People have to change their mind set. You hear people say to face any changes. They say “Didn’t our ancestors do without these”, so why make any changes. No progress can be achieved with this mentality. We must completely wipe out barriers we put in the name of caste and creed, not eating in others house if they are not the same caste etc. After getting good education, why go out of the country?, create jobs and opportunities and bring about those changes in our own country. Develop service oriented companies, which many household can use. Trust and continued dependable services must be provided. Sky is the limit to think of various such possibilities. Respect every job and services provided. Education is not limited only to be a Doctor, Engineer or IT, Respect and recognition is not limited to these fields. Even if husband and wife are from different cultures, they must encourage their children to learn both cultures and languages. Nothing like having the sense of belongingness.

We live in a system where Cast colomn is included from Birth Certificate to Death certificate that's why impacting the society not these events. Every community is demanding cast based reservation non of'em are ready to leave / surrender reservation. People don't want them self to called back word / discriminated but not ready to surrender the benefits .. How you except society to be more human with this kind of people ?
