I had to get snow pants, windproof and warm. I had custom vents sewn in to ventilate from the body heat while biking.

I’ve made a kit that goes inside the bag if I have more than two drinks but if less than two I just carry them or put them in the side pocket! If you look up WILCER on KZbin he delivers and made a kit out of corrugated plastic. It can hold 18 drinks!

I will never understand the interest in fixed gear bikes. There is no significant advantage to fixed gear, only disadvantages such as more work and less top speed especially for deliveries. There is a reason road bikes have gears... and you can hear it in how winded you get...gears would help you.

The advantage is less maintenance not to mention they are pretty much bomb proof. Not everyone likes them tho! And I could never see myself on a road bike personally but I get your point.
