Chicken, eggs, onion, cooked in sauce made of soy sauce, mirin, dashi, and even a little bit of sake and put over rice is called an Oyakodon. Also putting some negi on top for garnish is a great addition. Very delicious and easy to make. You'll make it to the top floor with an amazing view, I believe in you.
