Just remember respect goes both ways. Especially in the type of work you do. When you work hand in hand with the customer. Just like you left that room a mess you better believe next time you go back there they won't be as nice and help you out. You're a good dude but don't let yours or other peoples emotions prevent you from doing a good job. These stores will also call and report you so just watch out.

Man bro why y’all always on social media telling other truckers what they should do. Your name looks familiar too from you commenting on another dude I watch. Bro just because you a pushover and take bs don’t mean the next trucker will bro. We got a CDL that respect shit never is a 2 way for us because we not respected by anyone but each other. Respect other truckers and do our job is enough. SIMPLE.
@nicholas96974111 ай бұрын
@donavan953 I gave out some advice and Khari received it. Like an adult he didn't get offended or butt hurt like you. Respect is always a 2 way street. That's just how life works. If you expect to be respected you have to be willing to give it as well. You can also go around being disrespectful just don't be crying when you get disrespected 🤦🏽.

Man, I been gone from coke a little over a year now and I heard so many things you said that I used to say 🤦♂️🤣. One thing I seen you doing was wiggling the handtruck out from up under the stacks and I wanted to give you a tip to speed you up. When you get the stack inside and into the spot where you are leaving it, take whichever hand you are dominant with and hold the top case, lean the stack forward/away from you, take your foot and put under the axle of the handtruck and use your foot to pull the handtruck out from up under the stack. It’s easier on floors like what you was delivering on like tile, it’s a little harder to do on concrete and asphalt. Made props to you doing this trucking game at an early age man! You’re doing great! 😎💪

We all have those days some better than others but keep in mind u making 6 figure's dont mess that up your young bro you can get a head in life real fast stay focused stay humble and stay on point 🙏✌
@cmb905910 ай бұрын
Most soda facilities don't make 6 figures. My location was one of the highest paid but it was commison/base salary paid I left only to do with layoffs but I would say on average people made 80-90k but the good thing was most of us was knocking out the routes in 8 hours or less. Now if u work alot of OT then yea its possible but most hourly facilities are still only like around 25 n hour. Most of our guys averaged 40-50 n hour but as I mentioned most worked under 40 hours a week.

What's your thoughts on this over OTR? I'm going for my license very soon. I was looking at delivering soda or beer to start out. After I get my experience, I'm going for a local job in a different area where I'd be in a full size truck with a 53ft trailer. My friend said I should carefully consider this as this can be hard on the body. I was wondering if going from driving this to a full size semi would present a challenge.
@Tc-ev9dd8 ай бұрын
I did both beer is easier they don’t work as many hours. Or at least the area I lived in didn’t. Holidays I worked around 8-10hrs a day hauling beer. Pepsi or Coca Cola expect to work 10-14 hr days. All depends if you get faster at the route then 9-10 hrs. Depends on if your doing bulk or side load. I know most Pepsi places where I live at don’t have side loaders most are dry vans doing bulk loads on pallets

Double stack higher so u dont have to do so many trips. With 20 ounce u can easily do 10 cases 3 doubled and 4 straight on top. And u could double stack things like gold peak almost all the way to the top just need one or 2 straight on top and keep pressure on top case with your hand as your rolling it. Or you can even start like double stacking 20 ounce and put 4 goldpeak or vit water on top of the double stack 20s then finish it with a straight 20 or 2

I seen a comment that said “they’ll call and report you” bro your job is not to make it all pretty and amazing for them, do what your paid to do and that’s deliver the load. They can’t call and report you for delivering a load, I’ve seen numerous times especially in high school and where I work now in law enforcement they truckers bring it to the spot and drop it off, sometimes it’s pretty sometimes it’s not. It’s not your responsibility to make it pretty no where in your job description does it say you have to fix it up all neat. Maybe they should get a bigger room. Good video bro.

@14Leija11 ай бұрын
I’m a combo driver for 7 Up in Florida. They should give you guys push carts that lay down so you can stack them higher and not come back and forth. Remember homie this game is about efficiency there’s days I get hood stores with 100 cs of 2L and I roll those pallets to the front door and push them in. With time you’ll be quicker, you guys are lucky though in my area I see merch guys pull up to help drivers work the stores. Having a CDL you can make big bucks once I hit my year mark I’m going hazmat easier on the body and you can make way more money, you’re young though man it’s a great spot being 18 and having a class A CDL
