My labour journey was around 4-5 hours I dilated faster than the doctor's expectations. I starter prenatal yoga from second trimester. In last trimester I did the following: Had dates , walked for 1 hour daily, had ghee dry fruits ka chauka wala milk , and did pocha(sweeping the floor ) in small area sitting on knees(which is similar to frog exercises or pelvic exercises) These all helped me lot in labour, it gave me immense strength and whole labour journey was reduced.

Almost no one recommended pump. Its very nice that you have mentioned. Yes it helps a lot to pump excess milk or atleast initiate lactation.

Whisper is just a third class pad. Never use that. Plastic ka use jyada reheta hai usme. Aur intimate part me infection hota hai kyuki plastic cover ki wajah se soak nahi karta blood ko upar hi rakhta rehta hai. Aur wo blood side ke taraf lagta hai pura to infection hota hai. Maine literally remaining whisper pads ko fek diye the. But Stay free is so nice. Very comfortable and soft. I like only stayfree pads.
