what happens when 2 products with different lead times are there in the quotation? When i tested it, with lead time 2 and 3, it sets up only 2 lead time for scheduled date. Why?

I'm glad you covered this but it doesn't address the question I still have on all these dates and lead times. 1. Is it correct that the Customer Lead Time is a manual estimate of all delays in the fulfillment process? For example, a special order manufactured product. To get a product Customer Lead Time, we should add up the time it takes to purchase and receive the raw materials, manufacture the product, and ship to the furthest customer. Is that correct? 2. What happens when your sales order has varying Customer Lead Times? Does it use the longest one to set the delivery date?
