DeliVita Wood-Fired Pizza Oven at BBC Countryfile Live August 2018

The Pizza Oven Store Australia is proud to introduce the amazing DeliVita wood-fired pizza oven into Australia.
With its igloo design and no chimney, the DeliVita pizza oven not only looks beautiful but performs even better. Unlike most modern pizza ovens that lose heat out through the chimney, the DeliVita wood-fired oven efficiently keeps as much heat as possible in the oven through the 'Venturi Effect' and smoke and heat coming out through the oven mouth. The benefits of this are an extremely fast heat up time (20-30 minutes to 450 degrees Celsius) and a minimal amount of wood fuel used compared to other available wood fired ovens on the market.
The Pizza Oven Store created this video from when the founder of the Pizza Oven Store, Chris Mayo, met with founder Joe Formisano of DeliVita at the BBC Countryfile Live at Blenheim Palace in August 2018.
Joe says that between the pizza ovens that were in operation each day at the event they cooked around 2,500 pizzas each day. The DeliVita oven is more than capable of use as a commercial pizza oven as proven by DeliVita themselves who put tens of thousands of pizzas through each oven they use.
