@@shravanv.k468 near identical to when I bought it. Battery life has reduced slightly but thats normal. Performance is a little better because I have upgraded some components.

@@orpheustamayo5336 the rtx 3050 and 120 hz is very ass and as many reviews have said those problems are easily solved by buying the better one which is 3060 165 hz ryzen edition this laptop had only one flaw of going above 90 g mode but that was fixed by dell by sending a bios update and the firmware settings changed and the high temp issue was solved I'm ordering this laptop too it's a complete beast by the spec sheet and has a ig 130 w hou wattage

Light weight gaming laptop doesn't make any sense. Gaming laptops are meant to be performace oriented. And as long as laptops are air cooled, it makes sense and is acceptable them to be on the heavier side to have good cooling and therefore higher TGP.

@@lennard6094 I play dayz and at 1080p low settings this thing only averaged 40 to 50 fps and the vsync option did nothing for me. I'm unsure why it won't stay stable 30 fps at least lol

I'm using Dell g15 5511 core i5 11260h 16gb DDR4. It's a beast having no lag on playing Forza horizon 5, typing and doing video editing works using Corel video studio, Adobe premiere pro.... etc is a crystal clear print out that I couldn't see any colour fade in edited videos using this laptop by Nvidia graphic buffering option enabled in Premiere pro. No other windows laptop brands have come near to this in hardware durability and reliability having less hardware complaints in Dell than others.

Why is it with mine, it lasts barely 3 hours? I have the I7-11800H version with an RTX 3060 and a 165 Hz display (I've upgraded it to 64GB of RAM, but RAM doesn't take that much power).

@@Professional_garbage It's very good at gaming, though a bit loud if you push it. Make sure you clean it often, because thermal throttling is present and very noticeable after a while.

Also, don't install 64 GB RAM in it unless you do creator work. Most I did was 43GB used and that was pushing what I do normally. You'll be fine with 32GB. I recommend the newest model though, as 12th gen CPUs are significantly better than 11th Gen

Just got the dell g15 3070 Ti, i7 12th gen, 1Tb, 1440p 240HTZ for $1400, not even sure if it’s out yet and the normal price is $2000 plus tax. It runs like a charm.

@@David-bs8ks from a private seller. I just got really lucky finding him. Yes it definately was a killer deal. I average 145 fps on all high end games at 1440p ultra but tbh you can buy desktops for around $1700 that are more powerful than this but you sacrifice portability sadly.

ok i have a gaming problem. i have the same specs aswell but i get hugeeeeeeee insane drops in games like fortnite and destiny 2. even on lowest settings. i also play on the charger so i dont see why these issues occur..

Same here, except I have the older 5510 version with an i7-11800H. I've contacted Dell and they've replaced literally everything to no avail. So I'm not sure what to do.
