Thank you for your video, it looks surprisingly easy to do ssd/hdd replacement/upgrade. My G3 17" came with a tiny M.2 120gb ssd, plus a mech 1tb. I would quadruple the ssd to 500gb, and also replace the 1tb 2.5" mech to a 2tb ssd. While the cover is off, I might as well clean the fan and duct (we have 2 cats...). Have you done a cleaning video on this machine, or a similar one?

Thanks for the video. Is it any limit on the disk capacity to install? My G3 3779 specs shows "Up to 512GB " for the M.2 SSD

My machine is super slow and always appears disk bound. I couldn't understand that. I bought memory to see if that would help as it was only 4GB. When I opened it up, I was shocked to see the SDD was missing! Is that normal in some configs? If I add an SDD, do I still need the HDD?
