AWCC is a big issue. It doesn't work properly. For example, my 5590 RGB keyboard lightning button doesn't work after I open and close the AlienWare Command Center app.

I have Dell G5 5515. It's a good laptop but is not alienware. This laptop contain motherboard alienware. I believe is an "alienware low cost".
