Downgrading my vote on this laptop. Just discovered the HDMI port is limited to 1920x1080, so it's not possible to leverage a 2nd monitor with higher resolution. Display adapter for 2nd monitor is the integrated Intel graphic driver, even if a dedicated graphic card is available (NVidia MX230 in my case). Dell Tech Support suggests to buy a docking station, but I am not sure this can solve a limited video output to 1920x1080.

But check 5590 laptop also...I want to tell that .. 3593 laptop have nice look and Performance but 5590 will have performance and Bezzel less Display but when you on Back-lit it has no look at all. Check this and buy... Till now Dell Inspiron 15 3593 have no heating issues and giving 5:30 or 6 hours battery backup.

Please be careful when buying this product. Mine broke after 3 months. The screen broke; lines started showing and the screen flickering. This happened due to no fault of mine. No pressure was applied and I didn't drop the laptop. I used the laptop as desktop because we were locked up because of Covid so I haven't even taken it out of the house as of yet. Dell asked me to pay for shipping the laptop back to them for repairs despite the fact that I got basic warranty. They also asked me to pay $300 to fix the screen. The laptop quality is poor and very flimsy. I will not recommend this product please do not buy.

Please do not waste your money on this laptop. Literally the worst I ever bought. It is fast and the performances are alright. But it got major heating issues. You cant run anything whatsoever. With the poor architect , just and hour or so using the laptop , half of the display and half of the keyboard starts heating. The fan starts to sound like a table fan and you can literally cook an omelette on it!! Also the battery life sucks . It's less than 2 hours
