@@ichow2941 I personally don't like it very much, however in terms of speed, crispness of display and battery quality it's not bad at all! However, it feels too delicate and I fear it won't survive if you prefer moving your laptop from one location to another!

Bought the same laptop from Costco. How do you like it so far? I find the fan a bit loud

I noticed the fans when I first used it, pretty constant. If you play with the thermal settings in the my Dell app the fans rarely kick in now for me. I chose "Silent" mode. As for the laptop itself, to be honest, I'm thinking of returning it. I'm unhappy with how fast it picks up the fingerprints and that right after unboxing I experienced the "ghost clicking" phenomenon as described in detail here: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/dell-inspiron-15-ghost-clicking/c4b3ae3c-f7f5-4431-bc54-eb2aefd52ebd

@@1realinvestortry also putting little feet on the laptop to sort of lift the computer a bit since unfortunately the design for this laptop wasn’t the best in terms of where the vents are that should help a bit

There is no backlight on the keyboard of this laptop

​@@aqilardi5266maybe not on this specific one but there are some that do (those maybe the intel version) but you do have to specifically get it with the backlit keyboard as it is an option

Dell has no quality control... I have a two year old laptop that has flickering and blue screens every so often, have gone with a more expensive Lenovo.
