Hey please help me. My dell inspiron 15 3000 is not turning on. When I plug it the charging indicator becomes white but the laptop doesn't turn on. It's mfg is 2020.

It turned on when i disconnected the battery qnd did a piwer drain. But afterconnecting the battery qnd putting the back panenl in place its not turning on again what ti do?
