I have Inspiron 3530 i7, 512g SSD and would like to add another hard drive. Am i only allowed to add a sata hard drive? since the ssd is in use correct?

I asked dell in my country if it is possible to upgrade the memory to ddr4 3200. They said that it is not possible to upgrade to faster memory. I wanted to add 8 GB of memory. They said that in the dell inspire 3530 model it is also not possible to increase instead of 8 gigabytes to 16 gigabytes
