Good question. It has been great. I can usually go through and edit of a 5:00 to 8 minute video. Let's say around 5hrs intensive work or a full day if just surfing and watching videos. Definitely worth it for me.

If it's a compatible laptop listed by Ninja bat, and it's still not working then I would return it.
