I recently acquired a OptiPlex 7010 micro, but bios password is locked ,its a 2023 model so no jumper to reset bios. Any solution for this ? really enjoy the channel

Hi Alvendril, do you know how to remove the admin password from a Dell OptiPlex Micro Plus 7010, it's very similar to the one you're showing in this video but slightly different. The one I got does not have the jumper for me to remove. I bought it in a garage sale and since it was cheap, I thought I would try it. The guy I bought it from mentioned that it was from his previous work and since he quit two years ago he was selling it for cheap. If you have any tips, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

can u help me? in my hp pc when u switch to secure boot from legacy, it says no option to boot to, even though i set all to uefi only instead of legacy only

I just purchased an OptiPlex 7090, and lost the Admin password. Correct, there is NO jumper on the system board. Been on phone with Dell Tech support (in India), and have been passed to a number of support staff, and no one seems to know how to default the bios passwords! FRUSTRATED!! Can't find and videos here that help.

Yeah, i have 1 5080 micro and no pins/jumper to reset the bios/admin password. In that case calling Dell support for them to generate a master password based on your serial number is advisable.

maybe you could tell me? Im having a helluva time getting this thins to boot. I have a 7070 and the bios refuses to allow me to install windows into the system. I can take the drive out and put it in a usb caddy and install it and it works but if I take it out and out it back in it tells me there are no bootable drives in the system. Im at my wits end and am ready to throw it in the trash. I reset bios over and over,pulled out the battery and left it out, tried turning off boot protection and all that jazz and nothing works. I can even put a boot usb stick in and install windows 10 but when i restart .....no bootable drive. this all started when I put a nvme 3.1x4 into the m.2 slot, made it active in disk management then rebooted to try and install windows onto it. now I cant do anything with the system. do I just save the processor and throw it in the trash?
