Hey I have a 20mm vhbz on my 50cc benelli now it runs great at the top but won’t idle for some reason I have a 75 main jet and a 48 idle jet and a 60slide with a 1E needle
@TheDementedMonkeys Жыл бұрын
Raise the idle a little bit and see if it stays on. If it does either live with it or change the idle jet!

hello nice video, I have a vhb 27 mounted on a 2 stroke and it works, the only thing is that after a few days of inactivity it gets clogged and I have to disassemble and clean it. if you know the reason, thanks.

It's hard to say without having it here... perhaps try adding a fuel filter or change 2 stroke oil brand...

I have purchase a re built one for my 1976 Harley ss 175. How often should I re build my carb.
@TheDementedMonkeys3 жыл бұрын
There are no fixed intervals. Quality of fuel, amount of time spent sitting etc all play a role in a carb's wear pattern. As long as everything works as intended you're golden!

The float pin won’t come out for my carb.cannot push out, or pull. Any ideas?
@TheDementedMonkeys Жыл бұрын
Hammering it out could destroy the float, or the ruin the pin... so i'd try to hammer it out only after sourcing a new float and pin :)

What kit number do I need for this? I have a 1976 Moto Morini it hasn't been driven in a while, and both carbs could probably be rebuilt. They have Dellorto vhb25BS carbs.

Howdy. Try with this part number: 52510-77 or this one 525110077 but make sure to double, triple and quadruple check everything! If you can't find it just reply here and i'll figure something up to get you up and running again.
