I have this model, and it suffers from horrible image retention. I've had it replaced, and the second unit they sent me suffered from the same issue. It seems like this is typical of this monitor. I would not recommend it for this reason.
@Afura333 жыл бұрын
What do you mean with image retention?
@thekanad41343 жыл бұрын
@@Afura33 it's when the monitor is still displaying a shadow of the previous image for minutes after the image had already been gone. You can read and see what it is on sites like RTings. It's not permanent, but it does mean you get to read the content of a webpage you visited for 10 minutes after having it closed.

@aquilegus3 жыл бұрын
Hi, now you have had it for a little while, I have a few questions: 1) do you find the PIP and the PBP really useful, or just a nice trick that you don't use very often? 2) I read and you seemed to confirm the PBP requires HDMI and DisplayPort (two HDMI won't work?) 3) my aim is not games, I'll have text and occasional video so in 4K is it really useable or do you find yourself zooming to increase the text size? Thanks for your help and responses !
@cooltechstuff13 жыл бұрын
Hey there, 1) Personally I never use it, though I can see people using it but for me there is no need in either 2) Yeah it has to be connected to two different port types HDMI and Display port, won't work with two HDMI ports 3) If you have it at a 100% it's really small, so I have it at 200% and that is usable Hope this helps!

@cooltechstuff13 жыл бұрын
Yeah that should be enough for 4k or 2k editing, i have i7-7500u with integrated intel hd graphics 620 and its handling it, of course it would be much faster for playback and encoding to have a better graphics card as it can reduce the time significantly, but if that's what you have to work with then it should be ok, no heavy gpu effects though and make sure it meets minimum requirement for whatever editing software you are using
