Dough Ingredients:
500 ml water
25 grams sugar
20 grams cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
250 grams all-purpose flour
50 grams cornstarch
2 eggs

They are called tulumbe (plural of tulumba) and people here in Serbia have liked themever since. I prefer them baked in the oven because I do not like the taste of oil, sugar and water mixed together. 😟You should pour 'agda' or 'sherbet' over them (and lay lemon slices on them) and let them soak and cool. The recipe is the same when you make so-called Princess Doughnuts (Profiterole).
