I love this. I just made this, and this is the best Churro recipe I've ever come across. The others I have tried, the dough was way too wet, but putting in more flower, only ruined it more. I followed this to the letter, (with the only exception being, that I fried mine in the deep fryer, without the paper), and they are PERFECT. Thank you so much for this. Ps. I didn't have any chocolate, so I made a sauce out of 4 tbsp of Nutella (nutcream), added about 3/4 dl heavy cream, and 2-3 tbsp of powdered sugar. I warmed it up until it was mixed. Best dessert in a long time

I tried this and I loved it! The batter came a little bit sticky, so I added some flower. I also did not use the wax paper before frying, but should have to obtain the perfect shape. Will keep practicing. Thanks for this!

I have commented on this recipe before. I tried yet another Churro recipe today, because I couldn't for the life of me, find this one in a hurry. What a disaster. It had of course claimed to the best one, but as soon as I took them out of the fryer, the completely deflated. I'm sticking with this one. This is the ONLY one that never goes wrong. I have no idea why, but I've made this one, at least 10 times, not a single failure. Success every time! Thank you again for this lovely recipe.

Made these as an almost complete nobb in the kitchen, and they turned out great! Thanks fort he recipe and video! Only thing that was more difficulty than in the video was mixing the eggs in. I chose to do it by hand after 5 minutes, because with the spatula it would've taken an hour I felt like. Also corn flour is something we don't keep at home, and I don't recommend using any kind of wheat flour to replace it, even if you mix some more sugar into it there will be a weird taste. You better just find another chocolate sauce recipe that you know will work. I don't think it even needs the sauce to be honest, some cinnamon-sugar sprinkled on the top is more than enough.

I made homemade churros before but I've never used the chocolate sauce I used a peanut butter lemon glaze icing with lemon juice. powdered sugar, and melted peanut butter, and drizzled it on the churros
