I am not sure what you mean. Are you suggesting that the cooking method is unhealthy? Please note that we have used proper cooking techniques that is safe ,sanitary and hygiene. Did you mean ingredients used;pae-thway?If so,Just want to ask a question.Did you notice that i boiled them in salty water???I always wash them thoroughly with water and boiled them for about 15 ~25minutes in salty boiling water and wash again with cold water before i used in my curry to reduce formaldehyde known as “formalin” concentration. As the researches said that formaldehyde is water soluble and could dissipate upon heating. So i used this kinda way whenever i eat pe’ _thway.And then, you said blood, yes did you know some kinda coagulated animal blood such as pork or beef or chicken have some nutritional value and even coagulated duck blood is a good protein and iron source ?😊Next point is that formaldehyde contained product is not only in pae-thway,but also in many food products like dry fish, dry fruit and fruity paste, white soybean tofu; in Myanmar we called (ပဲပြား) , instant noodles,mont-hin-khar noodle ,nan -gyi noodle and many other….So please also have a concern on any other formalin containing products in the market not only in pae-thway that i like so much 🥲
