My cousin and I saw "SAY AMEN SOMEBODY" in early 1981, I was on a trip to Honolulu later in the year, walking down the street with friends and there were the Barrett Sisters, how surprised I was! We stopped, talked a bit and they invited us to their concert that night, but unfortunately we couldn't attend as we had other plans. However, meeting them was a highlight of my trip that will stay with me forever.

Love this beautiful song reminds me of looking and seeing on a Gospel Music Show as a little girl and until it went off the air. That show had Gospel Legend from my hometown and everywhere. @uprayup & Shonda: Tina Brown is a dynamic vocalist and Chicago native who was hand picked by Delois Barrett Campbell to sing Ms. Lois' parts in The Barrett Sisters group when she developed polyps on her vocal chords that silence her legendary singing voice. Tina has been a close friend of The Barrett Sisters since 1999, and they often refer to her as their daughter.
