My prayer is that I hope GOD's children will treat their bodies as TEMPLES of the HOLY GHOST. Exercise daily, eat healthy, get plenty of rest, and monitor your diet and weight! Don't let your TEMPLE become the BIG HOUSE, crippled and debilitated. With GOD, ALL THINGS are possible.

They all lived to be older than eighty, the oldest dying at eighty five, the middle sister at ninety two and the youngest at ninety four. I'd say they were blessed!
