I gave interview 2 times @ Deloitte USI Hyderabad. There is a non-Technical manager, name is Subrato Bhowmick who is taking care of UK Global Mobility tax team & NL team. He is a non-Technical person. He is taking technical interviews and behaving like a Leader. He doesn't know about UK Tax Technical. He is wasting our time. Subrato earlier used to work with HSBC Kolkata and then PwC AC Kolkata GCS Team. Both are non-Tax technical teams. I have also 2 Big 4 experience. I have never seen any 3rd class interviewer like Subrato Bhowmick before.

You are absolutely wrong on business spectrum of Deloitte India. Currently Deloitte India’s Consulting & Advisory revenue, Employee strength etc. are much higher than other businesses. Also, Deloitte Consulting is having a strong presence in India, for last 2+ decades

That should be India. USI doesn’t have that kind of segregation. It is only back-end office of Deloitte US

Meaning, you will be eligible for year 23-24 hike cycle i.e., you will get hike in March 24 if you join before 29th Feb 24. And you will also get hike on next year that it for Year 24-25.
