Some differences - Deloitte USI and Deloitte India

Deloitte ind has now changed to Deloitte South Asia. As a consultant you will get opportunities for doing end to end implementation in Deloitte South Asia. In Deloitte usi as the client are from US and Europe the primary face will be consultant present in that country and changes are you will be getting a support role from india. My suggestion will be if you want to learn join Deloitte South Asia and if you want to know the process mapping then join Deloitte usi as their client follow more organised structures

I gave interview 2 times @ Deloitte USI Hyderabad. There is a non-Technical manager, name is Subrato Bhowmick who is taking care of UK Global Mobility tax team & NL team. He is a non-Technical person. He is taking technical interviews and behaving like a Leader. He doesn't know about UK Tax Technical. He is wasting our time. Subrato earlier used to work with HSBC Kolkata and then PwC AC Kolkata GCS Team. Both are non-Tax technical teams. I have also 2 Big 4 experience. I have never seen any 3rd class interviewer like Subrato Bhowmick before.

Sir completed my interview in deloitte usi in january 12th for role is associate analyst and I cleared interview round i got survey mail also but one month back i got like "Based on your performance, while we currently do not have any immediate employment opportunities for you - we wish to inform you that you are one of the select few whose candidature has been waitlisted." means they hire me Sir

Join Deloitte India to get an end to end experience on projects...With USI you will end up being an offshore resource and a tech coolie. I was with USI. As for foreign opportunities there are not many and very short.
