Our days out were interesting and different and gave our walking boots a rest. We enjoyed filming it all and learning about the history. Gail is smiling you spotted her matching bling 😂. The leaking water you also spotted is actually dripping from the air intake hole of the ecocamel jetstorm shower head. There’s not a lot I can do about it 🤔. After our very first outing in the caravan on a standard pitch, fetching and emptying containers in the rain, I decided our second trip would be different. We’ve never looked back, but you are so very correct in saying we have restricted ourselves and miss out on many fab sites. Best wishes to you both. Rob & Gail 😀

Hi Mark, We’re really pleased you enjoyed our video and have put it on your ’go to’ list 👍. We felt relaxed at this site and enjoyed all our days out. Apart from the occasional fish and chips at lunchtime and a rare pub lunch, we eat in the caravan. Gail is gluten free and we enjoy our fresh salmon and salad, cold meat, cheese and pickles and we both love pasta dishes. Gail sometimes brings a cooked meal like you, but doesn’t tend to cook much whilst we’re away. Our days out can be long and tiring if we’re walking. Top marks for tackling a Sunday roast though! Many. Thanks Rob. Your shower is definitely stronger than ours so I suspect our choice of shower head might have something to do with it, as our taps look about the same. Our original Coachman shower head cracked within the first two uses! Possibly worth paying for the EcoCamel offering after all? Much appreciate your assistance.

@@robswiseways5697 yeah I’ve seen that and I noticed the same leakage on yours but I reckon your right about the air induction and the relative lack of water pressure. I still think the direct water connector into the van includes an over protective pressure reducer. I get the point about not wanting internal leaks but when all said and done nearly all new plumbing installations in our homes also use push fit connections and no one seems to worry about leaks in their houses? In my case I reckon the direct system delivers less flow rate than the external pump which is just plain ridiculous. Thanks again for your input. It helps to have a second opinion.

Another informative video but couldn’t help noticing that you appear to have a leak on your shower head, probably an easy fix required like doubling up on the washers. Keep up the good work

Thanks for watching and spotting our shower, Mike. The leaking water you see is actually dripping from the air intake hole of the ecocamel jetstorm shower head. The website states ‘its inbuilt Aircore Technology injects air directly into the shower head water stream’. Saying that I might try it in the house to see if it drips in there. We were nearly neighbours Lily & Bruce 😀 . Apparently the longer gravel pitches are the most popular fully serviced ones. We could hear RAF Holbeach in the distance but didn’t get any fly overs whilst we were on site. We do enjoy admiring craftsmanship from time gone by. Apart from restoration on large cathedrals etc I sadly doubt we will ever see the likes of this type of architecture again. Everything is down to time and money these days.
