Judge Gull has told her staff that she wants it to be “draconian” for the public accessing this trial. Some people suggested line numbers and the staff said no because the judge wants it to be difficult…. It’s insane! This woman should NOT be a judge

The judge is probably causing illness in the people who stand in line all night. Someone is going to end up with some long term illness. The judge only has respect for paid reporters, but their work is miniscule compared to the work crime journalists do on youtube. The judge also doesn't care if the audio is working for everyone in the room. Bad judge.

I have never seen anything like it. My father was a criminal investigator. I grew up with one foot in the US legal system. Judge Gull has done everything she can to inhibit public access to this case. I have never seen a judge be so secretive in my nearly 50 years! It's frightening!!

The people who are doing this are actually doing a heroic duty. I’m so thankful for them. Also, it seems like a lot of the old “conspiracy theories” about the case are actually coming true. I gasped when I learned the picture of Abby on the bridge is not on Libby’s phone. There has been a long standing theory that it’s a fake photoshopped image. LE and the prosecution in this case are corrupt and they think we can’t see it??

Yes! I’ve been going down a rabbit hole today on the defenses motion with the odonist theory and also other pre Richard Allen arrest KZbin videos to see what tips people were working on before we pinned it on RA. Previously, I didn’t put much thought into anyone other than RA. I kept hearing people saying he’s guilty and I thought, well, I’ll get to hear about the trial and what pins him to that murder scene and so far, nothing. At all.

Richard Allen is the guy in the on the bridge, but he is not the ki11er… The voice that said “Guys, down the hill”, came from BEHIND the girls.. No doubt the guy talking behind them had a weapon or something.. I pray that an innocent man is not convicted and that the truly guilty is held accountable.. God✝️knows.. WOW the jury really are GRIZZLY! They've asked more and better questions than LE, same with the defence. 99% of the time I'm with prosecution all the way but this case (and Karen Read) has made me question them a lot more. They haven't treated RA the same as other defendants which is dodgy As foof! Thank you both for your dedication. Oh lol, WALLMART mentioned😄. LE seems to have picked the least likey person 🤔. The jury will wonder why certain questions aren't being allowed. Do they know he was housed in the prison instead of jail? Wait until afterwards and they can research what they haven't been told, including the Odinist prison guards😯. 130 defence witnesses😯. If he really confessed wouldn't he have pleaded?(pled?🤔). Shouldn't it be possible to determine the direction the commands in the video are coming from? It should be possible to reconstruct the (changing) position of the cellphone during the "down the hill" and then use the stereo channel difference to triangulate the source!? The fact that the phone probably moves theoretically allows a 3D determination of the source, other than just a 2D.

Yes. The lady who saw BG on the first platform, where RA said he was standing, passed Abby and Libby on trail when she left that area. Her fit it's health monitor has a time on it around 1:46.

RA admits he saw girls as he arrived. Approx 1.30pm (automatically making his second timeline a lie). Girls say guy they saw is guy on Libby's video. One said he was walking as if 'he was on a mission.' Betsy Blair confirms RA on platform one ( which he confirms 'looking at fish') minutes later. She also says guy she saw is guy in video. She also says he looked like he was expecting someone (not looking at phone which conveniently went missing). Kept all his previous phones (23 in total but not his current phone)Betsy walks away from Bridge Guy & encounters Libby & Abby en route to bridge. This means next person the girls see is RA/Bridge Guy. RA admits to wearing same outfit as Bridge Guy, has same body type & is only man anyone seen at this time on trail on a work day. Unspent cartridge more or less matched to his gun. This on its own not enough but the circumstantial evidence is beyond reasonable doubt. The noise created by Defence Team (Odinism etc) & lazy police work added with so called secrecy & poor treatment of RA has made people lose sight of the basic facts of this case. RA admits by his own original testimony he is Bridge Guy. This dude even changed his height on documentation & only came forward 3 days afters girls went missing because media published Bridge Guy photo. This case is about justice for Abby & Libby, not people's annoyance at prosecution , Judge or lazy police work. By his own testimony he is guilty.

I still think Kegan Kline was involved, and by being online with Libby, while catfishing, knew they were headed to the Monon High Bridge and set these girls up to meet with their killer. I wonder if the reason they can’t find that photo anywhere else is because she never sent it to anyone or saved it . Because 1 that’s the difference between the last ones and the others I’d think , Also , the app is constantly recording even if you choose not to record it because it’s adding filters and videoing.
