I believe they have sealed the PC, because Richard M. Allen is not the key player. Keep in mind, he was charged with felony murder, and it is likely that there is at least one other player that played a much larger role in the murders. They don't want the other players to know how they were able to charge Richard M. Allen. When the PC records are sealed, this is almost always the reason why. There are more prominent players to investigate, arrest, and charge.

At least he now has confirmed both sketches were of RA. When asked in his last interview why LE switched to the younger one,when the original resembled RA much more, Carter's response was " Isn't amazing that at least one look like him"🤔 He stands by the decision they made switching to the younger one.

Those details can be easily redacted or certain documents sealed but the want the whole probable cause sealed. That petition says it all. Once sealed, they’ll fight to keep it sealed forever. Maybe there’s some ppl involved who are LE or high up ppl who hv connections to LE. This prevent anyone in LE from looking at the evidence. I’d rather they hv their case sealed and this guy or ppl get life over getting off or not getting a lot of time bc of things being released. Ultimately, the judge is the one to make the decision not any of these families. Just like every other investigation!

(Nov. 3) Finally, ending in his recusal… (Hours later Nov. 3) Almost like it was done so the public would think that was the reason he recused himself. Then the Supreme Court of Indiana came back with “A judge does not have to explain a reason for recusal” - So if all that above was the reason then I’m not sure why they would have included he didn’t have to explain a reason 🙈 There’s definitely a reason! I just don’t think it’s what the public seems to believe.

They need to move the trial to another county, get the jury from other countries put them in hotels not allow them their use of their cell phones or TV give them a curfew to be back to their rooms each night. I honestly believe that this is the only way for him to get a " fair trial " this also will not give the defense any leverage to call a mistrial. Lola 💯% correct. There are many murder cases around the world and many which are never solved. However, here we have a double murder in which the alleged suspect was recorded. For such a well planned murder, the killer/s ‘forget’ to destroy the phone? Did Abby have a phone, never any mention of that. There is so much circumstantial evidence pointing in the direct of one family !!! One family member lies about and covers up communication with AS for five years. A family member lives 1 or 200 yards from RA in dead end road (would have to pass RAs house). They frequent same bar, CVS. The night they went missing, there was no emotion or panic from that family, nor has there been since. In fact on the night they freely handed up their electronic devices, but sister forgets to inform LE of contact via ‘a friends phone’ with AS who put himself at the bridge saying he was to meet Libby but she never turned up. Apparently that info wasn’t important. From what has been said of injuries, Libby was the intended victim and extent of injuries a ‘crime of passion’ pointing at someone close. The prosecutor is related to family, massive conflict of interest !! From across the world it is easy to see the red flags. Someone is being protected at all cost. I just hope someone isn’t being setup, to protect someone.

@@LIT70 I understand this point of view but the Patty’s aren’t special. The judge who signed off on this motion has since recused himself. Unfortunately, uncleared family members don’t get to decide what information is released to the public nor do their wishes matter. We have laws for this kind of thing. People who have nothing to hide hide nothing.
