Hell even if he had drug possession charges , he didn't deserve to be shot of execution style, dismembered and thrown away like trash ! @alexisgeiser4387

Bc we have “innocent until proven guilty” in the country. I’m pretty sure that even if someone makes bail, their passport is relinquished. I get where ur coming from though. Not justifying his actions, but it I feel like it does protect those who are actually innocent. Also if someone pleads guilty, I don’t think they get bail, so I’m assuming he pled not guilty....

When they go into a victim's background, including family, criminal history, etc it's part of the victimology. Pieces of their backgrounds can identify known associates and their history with the victim to understand the possibility of how they ended up where they did and who did it. Honestly, that information shouldn't be released unless they're looking for more information regarding missing pieces of that background.

Late reply but-this guy had the brains to be able to know the exact weak points of bones and tendons to be able to dismember them enough to shove them in a suitcase. If this isn’t his first time killing...well, a lot of serial killers have a “calling card” of sorts. Maybe grass in the mouth is his thing, or maybe I’m reaching. Either way it’s fucking bizarre.

This is exactly why I never, EVER, want to be put in a position where I find a body. I don’t want to be blamed for accidentally coming across a potentially murder scene. I guess that’s why a lot of people just don’t report stuff. Next thing you know you end up being questioned simply because you had the misfortune of stumbling across a corpse. I would of never posted the TikTok up (I don’t even have a TikTok but if I did I wouldn’t post it. I would make the call anonymously and get the hell out of dodge.

At the start of this year I was home from uni and so was at my parents house, who live on the coast. I enjoy going for walks when I can't sleep so I went for a walk one night. The part of the coast where I was is kind of difficult to explain but it goes from a touristy beach area to a quieter stretch of beach where the road turns away from the beach. At the part where it gets quieter, there's an area of concrete with some benches and it gets very dark at night since the only light around there is potentially the moon and the streetlamps which are about 10 meters away at least. I was on my walk going away from the touristy area towards the quieter bit and by the benches I saw a person standing and looking out into the sea standing either with a small dog or a kitten that I sometimes see around there at night. I didn't think anything of it and continued my walk, and on my way back the person was gone. I continued walking until I got to a lighter area (although it was still pretty dark and difficult to see details) then just stood looking at the sea since I didn't feel like going back yet. As I was waiting, I heard someone trying to get my attention. I turned around and saw two people, and when I turned they apologised and said they thought I was someone else. They then asked me if I'd seen a roughly 40 year old woman with brownish blond hair. I said I didn't think so, and then they said that their friend had taken too much of her medication, left the house, and now they don't know where she was and she wasn't answering her phone. Then I remembered about the person I'd seen earlier and told them, although I said that I didn't know if it was the woman they were looking for because of how dark it is around there and that they were gone when I was walking back, and indicated the direction. They got back in their car and drove off, and I stood there for a few minutes thinking, mostly "oh shit, is she okay, I hope they find her" and also whether I should have offered to help look with them by walking along the sea front. I decided to walk back to the darker area, while looking over the railing onto the beach to see if I saw anything. I got to the benches, and stood where I'd seen the person earlier and looked onto the sand. That's when I saw something that, to my concerned and tired brain, looked like a person curled up on their side on the sand and something on the sand around them, and I thought that it could be the woman. I stood pretty much frozen in place for about 5 mins just not knowing what to do. I finally got onto the sand and walked towards it, and relieved, saw that it wasn't a person although I had no idea what it could be (I went there the next morning and saw it was a huge piece of tree trunk and the thing on the sand around it was seaweed). I went home and couldn't sleep that night, both hoping and worried that I'd hear sirens. I was hoping because it meant that maybe the woman was found and was getting help but also worried because it meant that she was in a position that required the emergency services, since when I heard her friends say overdose my mind immediately went to she needs medical attention immediately. Since then, those 5 mins that I couldn't make myself move have freaked me out quite a bit. I keep thinking about what if those 5 mins were the difference between the woman living and dying, that what if I was just stood there, doing nothing, while someone was infront of me needing help. It made me realise that I can't rely on myself to act in an emergency if I need to.

Then you’d send the police on a wild goose chase trying to find out if the anonymous caller was the killer or otherwise had something to do with the person’s death, wasting time and resources. Just do the right thing and answer the police’s questions openly and honestly, and you’d have nothing to worry about. Your time is not more important than some unfortunate person’s death.

chicken nugget Nerve is a movie thats stars Emma Roberts and its actually a good movie, i really enjoyed it. It’s about an app called, “Nerve” and you are either a, “watcher” or a, “player” and the main character, Vee, is tired of staying in her comfort zone and not being, “fun” like her friend Sydney so she joins as a player and you have to dares and get money after. The dares get more and more risky and dangerous. She meets a guy named Ian who is also playing and they become like partners and do dares together and become popular on the app. The movie takes place all in one night. It’s really good you should watch. It’s on soap2day im sure. For free of course

On one hand I agree with you, but also my dad used to work with these two guys who were best friends. They lived together and one day they got into a huge fight, apparently over a woman, and one of them ended up killing the other one in a blind rage. He then chopped up the body, put it in a garbage bag and threw it in a dumpster. He didn’t have any criminal past and was known to be a pretty nice and friendly guy. So strange and scary what people we consider “normal” are capable of.

It sounds exactly like an amateur. I don't agree with Kendall that it seemed passionate the way the girl was shot 7 times. It sounds like she kept running and he kept shooting until she went down. I believe that there is more to it than just rent , I believe that the landlord had emotional ties to her and she didn't want any part of him so in a fit of rage he shot her 7 times then Jessica's boyfriend saw what happened so he shot him once so he wouldn't be able to get help.

I remember looking into this one and the one thing that really stood out to me was the fact the no one reported hearing the eight gun shots that were fired inside the house. I've looked up the house on Google Maps and the house around are pretty close togehter. So how did that one witness state they heard Austin saying "Please don't do this", but didn't hear the eight gunshots. That just seems odd to me. I grew up in a gun infested neighborhood and you can definitely hear gun shots from several streets away. Just having a hard time understanding that. Makes me think maybe they were shot elsewhere and then taken back to the home to be dismembered which would explain the blood in the bedroom and the grass found in Jessica's mouth. Idk.

Sea Bro most people can comprehend two things at one time. They obviously know that the case is serious, but decided to make a sweet comment about Kendall’s dog. Your reaction is totally blowing an innocent comment out of proportion, they aren’t being disrespectful to the victims, they are making a comment about a part of the video. I can understand and comprehend the case, as well as, look at Kendall’s dog. It’s really not that difficult to do. It makes you look really childish.

@Sea Bro Lol calling me immature and lack of morals is comical. I have extremely high morals, but im not dumb. Like I said if you can't comprehend two situations at one time, then you need to grow up as well. Also, since you wanna be on a mature and intellectual high horse then I recommend some psychological studies showing why people respond to serious or traumatic topics the way they do. Since you wanna be on a "moral" and "intelligent" high horse I recommend putting yourself into the ops feelings. Your entire comment was a triggered immature fit to show that you seem to think you are morally superior, which is comical because it made you look just as childish as what you perceive as childish. I suggest you realign your understanding of morals, disrespect, respect, and immaturity. Like I said if you can't understand two things at one time, the seriousness of the video and complementing a dog, then I suggest you educate and comprehend things better, and stop being childish in the comments. Going back to your morals, you think saying the things you did in your comment is "mature" and "respectful"? Lack of awareness and childishness seems to be a go to theme for you, isn't?

@@fauvecorrigan1233 Taking what I've seen in some comments, the 7 shots indicate she was running away. So maybe she witnessed Austin being killed and then tried to run. The killer then just pointed and shot apparently, until she fell. Then he would have had to go get her and take her back to where Austin was. And so he probably dragged her back tot he spot she ran from, face down, which is the way she probably landed.

Wow. The killer was 62! This is why I don't like it when serial killers or other violent people are let out of prison and the courts justify it by saying "he's in his sixties now he can't hurt anyone" or "he's in his '70s he can't hurt anyone". No. That's total BS. Once a violent person ALWAYS a violent person and we shouldn't be letting violent people out early just because they pass the age of 60. Not to mention this clearly violent man being charged with assault and being free to commit this crime while marijuana dealers are in prison for ten years
