9 out of 10 travel vouchers. After using these I found that sometimes the handles don't always snap into position, but that could just be operator error. Stickers stay surprisingly well on these to identify them on the baggage claim belt.

I have the large Delsey Helium, very good design, comfortable to travel with. Adding the smaller Delsey before my next trip

What I'm worried about is that the large one could be too easily over packed and would be over a weight limit. It seems rather large

It was about the size of others I saw around the airport but it did have to be checked in and was too big for carry on. It could easily be stuffed and get quite heavy though. You'd just have to be careful with what you pack in it.

Any check through bag can over packed. You have to check before you leave that you are within allowed weight according to your carrier.

How precise are the measurements for the carry-on? Will it fit into the sizing boxes for discount airlines?

Sorry, I'm not much help on that. I've only flown one round trip on Alaska Airlines since 2000.
