Delta B767-400ER Economy Class - Tampa to Atlanta

The trip continues with a flight up to Atlanta, Georgia aboard one of their B767-400ER widebodies on a VERY short route from Tampa. This was also the last ride I did with Zach, Dutch, Emil, and Kevin on the Silver JAX Inaugural trip - which was also my last trip of 2020. I focused this video on the question if Delta is still the best US airline...and after an interesting flight sitting inside their older interior...well you'll just have to watch to find out what I think! This particular flight wasn't Delta's best, but given the hard product the crew had to work with, I think the ride wasn't bad at all and in fact it was quite enjoyable. Obviously, an empty-ish flight will help drastically, but given my circumstances it was a good experience. I'd highly recommend flying Delta as they consistently rank as one of my favorite airlines to fly. Hope you guys enjoy!

I flew from AMS to ATL with Delta in an Airbus350-900. The Delta One suites in that plane are awesome. Easily the best flight I had in a long time.

Great videos, man. I don't fly that much at all, either for leisure or business, and as such, living in Atlanta, I've only ever used Delta and Spirit multiple times, with United once. I though Delta was good just based on my own experiences, but when you take the price of booking versus what you get on the flight, Delta absolutely has to be the best value. I've never had a flight canceled or even delayed with them, and the professionalism is top notch across the board. Not to mention the amount of destinations I can get to directly from Atlanta, El Paso being one of them, which my girl and I took advantage of in 2017. Spirit was a good experience, too, but I last flew them in 2016 for a weekend trip in Ann Arbor/Detroit. I didn't even get to ride a yellow banana, either, it was a Skittles branded plane. But, brought only my laptop bag, which counted as a personal item, so the flight cost me just a shade over $100 at that time. The only time I used United was work-related due to a specific timing need, with a connection, and both flights were delayed 40 minutes (which worked out, I guess, but still, 'nuff said).

Delta is always my first choice when I can use them if cost permits to where I need to go. They are always professional in what they do. Always liked how they have a rep at the gate to point you to your next gate if needed.

Crazy they take heavies on such a short route. I took AA 777 from Charlotte to Miami a few weeks ago. I guess since the plane was so packed they making money 💰also did you know Rick Flair was in first class at 4:24.

You can tell its the old interior because of the old IFE screens at least Delta is renovating their 764s but they need to totally redo their 738s next since those look really old on the inside

I had not flown since 1999 so I had forgotten much and was somewhat nervous..I had drove a rented moving truck for a friend from here in Tampa to Ft Walton Beach and had to fly back..it was with Delta on a smaller jet from Ft Walton to ATL then to Tampa..My question is this..On the final leg home I had to store my carry on rolling case a few seats ahead of mine..maybe 4 rows ahead..well on exit time a man took my case off the bin and I could not see what he did with it as the flight was full and CROWDED! My case was the last one in the bin btw..he was a passenger not a steward..I said not yelled, uh that man took my case out of the bin!!! Other passengers tried to see what he did as I thought maybe he set it in a seat but WHY??? He did not even have a bag in that bin!! If any bag that I could tell but nobody could see if he had my bag in his hand as he left..we too far back to do anything but I did not want to yell though..but who would take another's luggage? Well I had just saw a new story about it few days back so I had been watching my suitcase the whole time worried and sure enough he takes it...but he did sit it down on a seat..WHY? Please tell me if this is normal as you seem to fly a LOT!! Cheers! This was just last night!!

I had the best experience with Delta Airline, I can have one free carry on, on the Delta. I had flowen United Airlines but I wasn't in favor of United Airlines. But also too is that I don't fly very often and when I do, I would fly Delta over any other Airlines.

After 3 terrible customer service experiences with gate agents, I can't "get on board" with crowning Delta the best. Southwest, Jet Blue, and Alaska Airlines outperform Delta. And ANY air carrier throwing those despicable Biscoff cookies at passengers simply CANNOT be crowned "The Best!"
