Very sweet playing. Thank you for this lesson. And no pics either. Good stuff.

Hi John. The BGI is the best resource I've ever seen for learning blues guitar ( many styles, opening tuning, and a slide of course). Thank you for what you are doing. One more blues follower. 🎸

Always impressed by your delivery / presentation / instruction. Pleasant, enjoyable, detailed. Your diversified lessons of styles is a plus in my opinion of mastery in a process we are all continually a student. Recently, giving a little time to Spanish styles , mostly rumba where a lesson is structured to play solo without another guitarist. Anyone here for the first time I strongly suggest subscribing and looking into all of his videos.

It's been 3 yrs now, that you convinced to buy a Gold Tone roundneck. I got the deluxe, it's such a great build and sound, unequaled, IMO, in that range. Have you ever tried banjo? Many years ago I picked up one in Clearwater FL. - Harmony Rocket, too young then, maybe try it again, what you think a GT banjo? I wish they made 12 string, just got a Guild, almost 70yrs, still love playing and learning something new, maybe 50yrs later try banjo again. Thanks - Love my Gold Tone deluxe RN - awesome quality

I’m think I just heard you explain that you’re doing this lesson in standard tuning. I just acquired my first resonator, a Gold Tone PBS Deluxe, like I saw you using on one of your videos. With this being said can you devote more videos to standard tuning with and without slide? Thanks like your lessons a lot!
