Hi! Twin mom to be! Did you end up buying sheets for this or did you just wrap the receiving blanket around the little mattress? I am getting one of these bassinets as well and that was one of my concerns.

Yayy congrats! I just used the sheets it came with and then I put a waterproof liner on top and put a receiving blanket folded in half on each side on top of that. I didn't worry about wrapping anything around or tucking anything in because I swaddled my babies so they didn't really go anywhere so it felt safe enough to me. It was also just easy that way to change out the top layer fast and often since my babies both spit up a lot I was constantly swapping out the receiving blankets.

Oh wow I could not imagine having twins with other littles to care for at the same time! You are super Mom! Hopefully they all help Momma out when they can. I'm sure everyone is just in baby heaven and so in love! Congrats!!

What type of mattress did you get ??

What is the best way to wash this ?

The pads would be wiped down and the sheets machine washed everything else I think would have to be hand wiped.

How long does the bassinet lasts? I’m having twins in September.

Mine out grew it in 3 months they started reaching the weight capacity and when one would wiggle the other could feel it. But my kids were born a pretty good size. Both about 6.5lbs. If you have smaller babies they might last longer in it.

@@mymillybaby4292 Aww how exciting congrats!! Soak up those newborn snuggles! Mine were born in July. It was nice to spend the Summer with the babies because it's light out early and late so you don't feel too crazy being up all hours of the day lol.
