Now that i think about it, are we sure that "Mustache Lancer" and regular Lancer are the same? If you go to Lancer's room postgame in chapter 2 and check inventory, Lancer seems exhausted from jumping in and out of your pocket. However, he doesn't even seem tired if you check your pocket in the Mustache Lancer store. I think the real Lancer is the one with a mustache, because if you keep a Lancer Cookie from c1, you won't be able to keep a second one. Lancer left the party to fulfill his dream of becoming a baker and left a stunt double to become King (, and more importantly, Susie's friend.)

The encounter with 2 werewerewires isn't actually unused. if you recruit everyone and beat the game head back to castle town and enter the party dojo, talk to jigsaw joe and challenge him. If you've recruited everyone you should have the option to challenge what is called "Ch2 All Stars" in which you go back through several fights during the chapter, at the end you'll be faced against 2 werewerewires.

My little theory is that the unused monologue is from YOUR vessel you made in chapter 1. Since it was thrown away at the start it’s probably in the void. And since the Thrash Machine came back this chapter the vessel is more than definitely coming back. Maybe the monologue will be used like the story of the true lab?

If you think of it possibly being a Gaster theory, where Gaster isn't as overly conscious as we believe, we see the dialogue during chapter 2, and if you go to the mysterious doors, 2 people are in front of it messing with the doors. One of them could've been scratching at the door to try to get it open, and the person heard it. But we would never know.

One mistake, or really an oversight, you made is that you DO have recruitment info for Chapter 1 darkners. All of them are just automatically recruited at the start of Chapter 1, you can read their info at the cafe. There is something wrong here. The double Werewerewire encounter IS something that is found in the game, just not in chapter 2. You can find it at the battle dojo, Chapter 2 All Stars, and get to the end, then you fight both of them. It is a really, really hard fight, with lots of overlapping attacks.

If they don’t fit with the current final track, they were probably an early concept that was thought up before making a baseline track. That “Dark world” Text is actually used, when you first enter the dark world (the computer lab) if you save, I believe it might be right after encountering queen or before, maybe that was in the first version for the public.

26:43 It had a White Ribbon because that's the default item for chests to have. If you were to summon a chest in a room which normally doesn't have one, It would always give you a White Ribbon. But if you were to place a chest in a room that already had a chest in it, the chest would give you another of what ever the original chest had. This is something to do with chest items being linked to what room you are in.

I don’t think the TwistedSword is as “unused” as it is not used yet. Perhaps the PureCrystal, and in turn, the TwistedSword are linked to finding enough Shadow Crystals. Perhaps it’s something to look out for in Chapters 6-7…

15:11 I actually know what these were for! they're currently broken, but there's a variable tied to Kris called "swordmode" that when set to 1, lets you spawn an object called "obj_swordhitbox" that can interact with these balls by pressing Z. obj_swordhitbox is misplaced and seems to be missing a hitbox when spawned like this, but fixing both of those issues reveals that at some point it was planned to be able to swing at targets on the overworld. There's even an unused object meant to define an area that enables sword mode when Kris enters it, called obj_swordarea. Hitting these balls will cause them to explode, and if obj_swordarea exists in the room, it will be deleted if all of the balls are hit, disabling sword mode.

For Noelle Healing 90 as opposed to 4 for everyone else, it actually makes sense. Noelle is a reigndeer, and they eat green vegetables to survive. I do think that the "Unused Text" was purposely added in, as a way to see what happened to Gaster after falling in his creation, and he's the one saying it.

I find it interesting how Jevil’s description for recruitment says he became the Devilsknife, the item you can only get by defeating him with violence. This is contradictory to recruitment in general, where you *have* to spare them to recruit. Also, isn’t the first Maus fight a single Maus? So that one encounter actually is used?
