This is very strange. Their name isn't auplayer as in AlternateUniverse-player, but in goldplayer. On their channel, on the Community tab, they have a post that simply reads "element 79". Element 79 is gold. There's an unused item in Deltarune called the DarkGoldBand. It's item number 17 and has the exact same flavor text as the Mannequin. It has no effect other than its sale price rising by $210 per chapter (which makes it sell for $420 in chapter 2 hehe). The channel name is 1225abcde. 12/25 is Christmas Day, Noelle's day. The channel is from 2021 but this is its first video. The profile pic appears to be a hybrid of Spamton and an Addison. The description is "DON'T TRUST ANYTHING YOU SEE ON TV." Either this is a high-effort (ish) ARG, or this is something more confusing that we imagine.

On top of that, why would Toby undermine years of hard work keeping things under wraps - so the fans won't spoil their own fun - by releasing something like this?
