Royal zone, Red soul, King Boss (Asgore and King) - UT New Home/Deltarune Chapter 1 (Castle) Digital Zone, Yellow soul, NEO Boss (Mettaton and Spamton) - UT CORE/Deltarune Chapter 2 (Cyber World) Fire World, Purple soul, Animal Boss (Muffet and this dino idk his/her name) - UT Hotland/Deltarune Chapter 3 (???, this concept actually makes sense, just the soul mode don't belong.)
