The other rulers ended up in Mementos once their treasure was stolen. All this to say There are 7 palaces, seven toxic zeniths of free will agaisnt the chains that once controlled them. There will be seven chapters in Deltarune. From the two chapters that we've seen, we can say that there's a secret boss per chapter. Each secret boss with a delusional fixation on freedom, haunted by the possibility of control and a mysterious past. We can expect a total of seven secret bosses. "The air crackles with freedom"
